    Em menos de 24 horas pro checkin o proprietario envia mensagem no whatsapp pra dizer que o imóvel ia passar por reparos, porém no aplicativo Airbnb, o imóvel se encontrava disponível na mesmas datas e também nos comentários aqui tem hóspede relatando a mesma situação de indisponibilidade do imóvel. O proprietário abre reserva pra este imóvel e quando reservamos ele entra em contato sugerindo outro imóvel. eu não tive escolha pois estava muito em cima da hora, então aceitei a troca. Mas fique ciente que reservar este imóvel das fotos não é certeza de realmente se hospedar nele, parece que o proprietário tem bastante imóveis na cidade então ele capta hóspedes por este anúncio deste imóvel e depois fiz que o flat está passando por reparos e envia vídeos fora da plataforma booking.

    A localização do imóvel substituído não era a que eu gostaria. No imóvel em que eu fiquei a eletricidade acabou e eu chamei a ajuda de uma pessoa para ele checar e descobrir que o cartão com créditos pra uso da eletricidade tinha esgotado e necessitava de recarga, eu fiquei numa média de 6 horas sem energia e a pessoa que me ajudou foi quem configurou pra usar o resto de energia de emergência pois o proprietário se quer respondeu minha mensagem. Não posso recomendar o imóvel pois não tive a chance de ficar hospedada nele.

    An absolutely wonderful stay everything was perfect, and we would happily come back again!

    Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the lovely surprise you prepared for us. It was a very thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.

    Absolutely nothing. We have no complaints or negative comments at all. Everything was perfect.
