Quiet, comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well appointed and we loved the welcome rum cake and bottle of rum. The double bed was a bit small as we are used to a king but we would certainly recommend this property to those wanting to stay on the west side.

The apartment had everything one could need, was spacious and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to Vivo restaurant but other restaurants would need transportation to reach. We were also able to rent snorkeling gear from the dive shop next to Vivo and snarkel right there from their dock. The grocery store was a short drive away. The manager was very helpful and responsive.

Exceptional
Quiet location. Great pool area on the waterfront. Easy drive to Cemetery Beach. Well-stocked kitchen. Two TVs & quick internet. Two beach chairs & three pool noodles - WONDERFUL for going to the beach! Perfect set of beach towels too - couldn't have asked for a better stay! Would love to go again. :)

Quiet, roomy yet cozy, comfortable and affordable. Everything you need and nothing you don't.
Quiet neighborhood right on the ocean. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The full time residents were friendly to tourists. Very close to the Turtle center and one of our favorite restaurants in West Bay. The price was reasonable especially compared to most places to stay. It's a nice place to come home to after adventuring all day. Not a luxurious resort but we went to snorkle and to explore not hang out at our villa. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Beautiful view of the ocean but no beach or way to enter the water safely. The lava rock was very sharp and with the waves it would be treacherous to enter. Looks like there may have been a pier at one time but it's gone now The condo next door to the south had a very annoying security light that blinded you at night. Could hardly see the stars outside but it was quiet and you rarely saw anyone else at the small pool. Nice place to unwind. Currently there is construction two lots away but they didn't work late so it wasn't really and issue if you're out most of the day.
