I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay, but the staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating. They also arranged a very comfortable and reasonably priced tour to Abu Simbel for me, and even allowed a late check-out to match my flight schedule. I am completely satisfied with my stay. Thank you so much!
