Le grand balcon.
Le bruit de la Vmc et bruit alentour et pas assez de places de parking vu le nombre d appartements.

The owner was really friendly and kind, the main bed was comfortable and the house was clean
The sofa bed wasn't really a bed, it wasn't comfortable and there wasn't a fourth pillow and pillowcase (but the host bring us the 4th pillow after we called him, but not the pillowcase). Sadly there wasn't any shampoo or shower gel. The light of the main room didn't work. I would say that it's not an house for four person, maybe 3 if they improve or change directly the sofa bed.
