It was a comfortable stay for the whole family. The food was good and staff is very good.
The staff was amazing and took care of everything personally. We celebrated my father in law's birthday and it was taken care very well by the staff. Really appreciate all that they did to make the stay comfortable and memorable.
The property lacking direct access to the beach.

Its a good and big property but hotel only survives with its services and hospitality not by size
Hotel location and room view were good
Staff of hotel was untrained and unprofessional, on first day they continuously rang bell of my room as if they were in a hurry, and on second day after 2-3 bells they barged in with their key, while i was in washroom, we were shocked to see this. Also I asked for room cleaning before moving out in the day to the room cleaning manager but till night it was not cleaned, which i got it cleaned in the night. Complained about the same at the front desk but no response from them till my check out.
