Very disappointing and uncomfortable check-in experience Our family stayed at this hotel with three young children, and unfortunately our check-in experience with a front desk employee named Jesse was extremely unpleasant. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes even though my wife, my sister-in-law, and our three young children were waiting. We had reserved two rooms and politely asked if the rooms could be next to each other. Instead, the rooms were placed far apart, with one located near the end of the hallway. During the check-in process, Jesse repeatedly acted as though she could not understand my English and asked me to repeat myself several times. She also processed the $20 deposit separately for each room, which made the already lengthy check-in process take even longer. What bothered me most was her facial expressions, eye contact, and overall attitude toward us. I cannot know her intent, but as an Asian guest, I felt extremely uncomfortable and genuinely felt that I may have been treated differently because of my race. We were traveling with three small children, so there was no reason for a simple check-in to feel this unnecessarily slow, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was otherwise fine, but the first impression created by the front desk significantly affected our stay. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides appropriate customer-service and sensitivity training.

Great staff, extremely clean hotel.
Staff was phenomenal, property was extremely clean!
Beds were too stiff for my liking, and the guest arriving after 11pm being way too loud was obnoxious but understandable that the staff couldn’t control something on the 4th floor at that time of night.
