    Unclean room and poor service

We had a cockroach on our room and the room smelled like food was prepared in it. We made a complaint about the cockroach but “they have to investigate” even though we shared video and photos. We left early as we did not want to stay a minute longer. Until now we did not get a response to our complaint. Poor facilities, the pool is not like the photo, there’s no hotel bar and they charge parking at a location where nobody would come without a car. For the room price in a hotel with such poor facilities you’d assume that would be included. A hotel that does not live up to Marriott standards
