    Staff was rude and unprofessional and could not receive no help for their mistakes.

    Staff was rude

    Staff was rude and a key card was given to a random stranger to my room in the middle of the night and NO ACCOUNTABILITY was taken for this. Called to speak to management during normal hours and could not get management to call me back, let alone talk to me regarding this major issue. Beware of this place, they don’t seem to care about your safety or taking any responsibility for “their” actions.

    Location, clean.

    Breakfast was not at all like other Fairfield Inns. Not as much variety, they ran out of several items. N0t enough parking. Beds were very hard
