    Loved the location, right of a walking trail, near a bunch of new restaurants and a distillery. Beds super comfortable and not too high.

    We were waiting on an important package, notified the reception and checked two times, both times they said it hadn't been delivered yet, but when we checked online, it had. Upon checking, I found it behind the front desk. When we asked why we weren't told, the reception relied, 'my bad.'

    Clean, modern, good amenities

    I arrived 2.5 hours before standard check in after traveling all day. I was tired and anxious to rest. The hotel was minimally booked as it was off season and there was a fire near. They informed me my room wouldn’t be ready until actual check in time. I sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours. They gave me my key at the 10 minutes before actual check in time. Seemed to be more about policy than customer care.
