    Strong smelling room

    The staff were very friendly

Our room smelled really bad. It was a very strong smell of cheap cologne that was sprayed into the vents. When we turned the air on it made it even worse. I had trouble breathing and it gave me a terrible headache. We were only able to crack the window a few inches to air it out but it was horrible and made our stay unpleasant.

    Disappointed

Room was comfortable and bed was comfortable. Good location with easy access

Room was not consistently serviced by house keeping . Bed not made dirty towels not removed and replaced. Last night house keeping did not replace plastic cups . Front desk staff was rude when an attempt was made at 9pm to let them know the room was not serviced. Manager blamed booking.com for not being able to comp a night for the lack of house keeping service
