    Disappointed

    I like the location.

    I booked through Booking.com but after waiting 20 minutes in the check-in line, I was told that I didn't have a reservation. I showed her everything to prove that I did have a reservation. I also told her that I needed to let my 4 month old and 22 month old test from the ride. She offered no assistance but told me that I could pay $50 more than my reservation to stay. She refused to adjust the rate.
