    Great location traveling along 1-81 and 66. Paid almost $300 for a suite on the first floor which was expensive. We had

    Served its purpose for a 1-night stay near Luray Canverns

    Friendly staff at the front desk, clean room, coffee and tea available in lobby all day; breakfast was okay, not great, but better than expected for a continental breakfast

    Big rip in our curtain; cleaning lady next door was yelling at someone while on a personal call - she sounded very angry and it was disturbing; bottom of the indoor pool was old, cracked up and dirty looking - not inviting; get rid of rugs in rooms and invest in flooring

    I understand things happen, however systems was for check in using credit cards. I was told to book online for 2 rooms and after our company rate would be honored. After doing so, I was charged for 3 rooms at a much higher rate. My credit card through the company was red flagged and turn off. So while traveling for work I had to use my personal card to continue for gas hotels ect for 2 days!
