NEVER Stay There. One of the worst Hotels Ever

Everything. I made a reservation for three nights, and at no point during the booking process was I informed that major construction work was taking place in the building. I work night shifts and need to sleep during the day, which is when the problems began. Throughout the day, there was constant noise from drills, hammers, and other construction equipment, making it impossible to get any rest or sleep. As a result, I had to cut my stay short and leave one day early. I emailed Mr. Hamza, the Operations Manager, regarding the situation, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, this only reinforced my impression that guest concerns are not taken seriously and that refund requests are simply ignored. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, the disruption caused by the construction, and the absence of any follow-up or customer service were extremely disappointing. I was unable to sleep, unable to rest, and ended up paying a very high price for a level of service that fell far below expectations. To make matters worse, I was surprised to find a sink installed inside the room rather than in the bathroom, which I found quite unusual and inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I just needed the room for sleep and to relax, and it served its purpose. I won't stay again though.
The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! Never had to wait long for the elevator.
Room was very small for the price. Shower facet leaked which caused poor water pressure. Had an odor I can't describe.
