Was not a good time a lot of stuff went on wasn't happy
Emily the worker at the location that we stayed at was a lifesaver she seen what the other person was putting us through and gave us a room that my husband could get to easily and safely instead of going all the way up to the third floor all the way down to the other end of the building. My husband has a lot of difficulties with walking and that's why I requested the room at the end of the hall on the first floor
Fire alarm test got migraine headaches refuse to give me my room that I was promised the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor my husband almost fell a few times cuz of it he is disabled half the TV channels did not work breakfast was stopped at 9:00 a.m. when we were told it was 9:30 on the flyer on the internet

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fine--had to let the front desk staff know the coffee was out, but he immediately got more. The location was close to downtown Concord (convenient for the NH Book Festival), and very close to the highway (which I could see/hear from the room).
