    Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with

    Rude!!!!

    Front desk was completely rude. Wouldn’t even open the door for me to confirm I had a booking. Turned his back towards me and wouldn’t even let me speak through the glass doors. Was the most bizarre experience I have ever dealt with. I understand if the area is bad and they didn’t want to leave the door open, but at least acknowledge someone asking you a question or put a sign up on the door!!!! This area is a really bad area apparently, but it was uncalled for the be treated this way!!!!

    Nope

    The staff and the pillows, thats about it.

    The room smelled like wet socks. Might as well have Breakfast at McDonald's, its much better in comparison. This has got to be the worst business lodging I have ever experienced. Never at this location again. I will be letting the whole team know not to book at this property. Least the staff was great. Other than that, book elsewhere.

    went to a concert at the Moody center. It was close by, a comfy stay, & it came with breakfast!

    The availability of rooms on short notice! Great value! Evening staff was alert and cheerful.
