We won’t stay there again.
Staff was pleasant.
There was no shampoo in the shower but more disappointing was the sock we found on the floor- that was in the room when we got there. The floor obviously had not been vacuumed. The toilet seat was stained, I had Lysol wiped with me and cleaned it myself- not what I would have thought to find in a Marriott property and the price we paid.

Breakfast was ok considering the time I took advantage of it.
The door of my room didn't latch. The front desk told me to push hard or lift up while closing. The lifting worked. If the problem was known, why wasn't it fixed ??? Oddly enough, a relative of mine was working the front desk during my check-in. Our last name is NOT one that you would normally encounter. And I've not spoken to this persons parents (which I used to know quite well) for many years. It's not like I walked in off the street. My reservation was several days old. I'm quite sure that my name was spotted prior to my arrival. Was I given this "tricky" door on purpose. The door was tricky enough that on several occasions, I was struggling to make my way out of the room. I stay in Butler PA hotels quite often. I don't usually stay at the Fairfield Inn due to the location. However, the noon check-out made me reconsider for this occasion. But, never again !! You've lost any future business from me. Staff didn’t know what they were doing gave me the wrong room not my reservation. Had to go back and have them find the correct reservation.

This hotel does not meet standard health codes.
Location met our needs.
Few things: Upon booking you indicate the number of people on each room. We were not afforded enough towels, wash cloths, soap dispensers were empty. As far as the breakfast- they serviced food in crock pots that were not tested if food was being served at appropriate temperatures. Eggs were cold despite being in the makeshift crockpot.
