    This hotel is clean, pleasant and conveniently located

    I was traveling with my 93 yo mother, when we arrived, Toni, at the front desk, was super helpful and kind. She asked us if we had a preferred location for a room and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. We ordered food and she made sure the food was delivered to our room. When we returned the next day from our sightseeing, she greeted us as if we were friends and seemed genuinely interested in our day. Our room was both comfortable and quiet. When we saw that there was a problem with one of the light bulbs, housekeeping quickly arranged for it to be taken care of.

    Our room was not cleaned by the time we returned to it (5pm) on our first day, although it was on the second day. Breakfast was good but the same every day

    It was conveniently close to the stores and restaurants.

    My only complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t restocked. There was less than half of toilet paper and we had to go to the front desk to get a roll. The cleaning staff should have replaced both rolls when they cleaned the room.

    La habitación contratada para 5 adultos, no era tal. El colchón del sofá cama es muy fino, con muelles y viejo.
