    It was very gud except heavy evening lady

    Premises was nice n comfortable. Centrally located to all areas i needed to be at.

    Heavy Caucasian older lady at counter was rude, sharp n negative attitude. She did like being questions of facility. Poor mannerism. Other lady, Filipina, was obviously embarrassed by her coworker n attempted to be kind, friendly n helpful.
