    I was hung up on twice very very rude

    Nothing

    Front desk person name was Craig I believe on the day I checked out he hung up on me twice very rude. Then the manager got on the phone to cover for the behavior because the manager’s typically are standing right there and listening to how their employees talk to guest. Managers are the ring leaders to the circus they never really help at all the fake niceness to cover up their rudeness is getting old.
