A wonderful stay in downtown Birmingham

Clean and spacious. Daniel the parking attendant was professional and helpful. Tk at front desk was helpful, friendly and courteous at check in.

Elevators could be taken by anyone to the floors. I would have felt more secure if after dark hours required room key entrance at elevators and entrances.

Would stay there again. Great staff.

Rooms were comfortable. A safe area with god but expensive parking. Hotel staff were professional and really nice, especially Tamyry and Tasha.

    Parking was expensive.

    EXEPTIONAL!

The whole staff was so warm and welcoming , from front desk to valet and the sweet lady setting up the breakfast. Room was very clean and cozzy as well.
