Convenient and close to airport; shower was cold

It was great location with airport shuttle

Cold showers; the management said it was because everyone was using them at the same time.

    Confortável

Quartos confortáveis. Como tinham disponibilidade, nós deram o late check-out

Um pouco mais linge do aeroporto que imaginei. Uns 15 minutos de transfer

Overall we had a great visit. From our vacation this was our third hotel & favorite.

The accessibility, laundry, cleanliness. Refreshing & updated.

The front office receptionist was nice upon checking in but when I walked by with my family he stared us down like a hawk. No smile. No more “nice” greetings. Two times we went through the front he glared at us. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Children are people too.
