    If we go to Columbus again, this would be a desirable location to stay.

    Overall property was upkept well. Clean and comfortable. Location is very busy with tons of resturants and shopping.

    Only stayed two nights, not that concerned with any short comings.

    The staff was very welcoming and the lobby smelled SO good and was very clean. The breakfast food was really good. We had fun swimming in the pool, it was clean and had everything we needed.

    The only issue we had was with the bottles in the showers, the conditioner would not come out. Breakfast I think could have offered more options for Kids. I do wish the room where the pool is, was a little warmer.

    Excellent

    They are very friendly and they made our family trip special! They wrote a birthday card and anniversary card for me and my hubby. They also spoiled us with some treats and some flowers in our room. That is very sweet of you all! Our family will sure be back here again. The breakfast was also great.
