I don’t eat that much because I don’t care for sausage. What I did have was ok. Would like to see bacon added.

The location, the room, and people always have met what I expect when I travel. I will continue to stay there twice a year when I am in Plano.

They lied to me at checkin.

    Location

Stingy breakfast and skimpy on “extras” like an ice bucket at the machine. Made a reservation with a special request. Asked at check in to be sure I had a room that matched my request. The clerk said it did. Went to room it was t right. Clerk’s response was I should have known the King room doesn’t have that amenity. Booking.com CS said they’d try to fix things and never called with on the result despite assurances they would call within the next 1/2 or so.
