    Wonderful, beautiful, incredible value. Incredible location. Incredible staff. I simply loved it all

    Everything was wonderful. The hotel and the location are very perfect. That staff were the nicest folks ever in my experience.

    Nothing at all to be critical about.

    Very nice staff. Breakfast good. Pool was nice. Just to name a few.

    Stay 2 nights. There was no room clean up. I was told since covid the don't clean everyday. OK I understand that BUT it's been over for quite awhile now. If you don't clean everyday. Why charge the high price? Just saying.

    fair I guess

    Breakfast was ok,pool was nice, staff was ok

    Housekeeping came by only one time our whole stay.. keys barely worked, had to move rooms upon stay due to potential bed bugs, towels piling in the bathroom, people stomping all night.. we were put in a room next to the ice machine where people were constantly getting ice at 3am.. it was an ok stay. Not the worst, not the best.

    Strong mold smell!

    The parking area felt safe and our car was secure. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of things to choose from. The floor was quiet.

    We checked in late after a long day driving and when we opened the door, a strong mold smell greeted us. We immediately called the front desk and were told that they couldn’t switch our room because the property was sold out but they would come up and spray a deodorizing spray. By the morning, the spray had worn off and the smell was still there. We shared our experience the next morning with the front desk and while the clerk was polite and understanding, no resolution was suggested and we left. We are staying elsewhere tonight.
