    location was great. had lobby decorated nicely. room was super clean.

    we missed breakfast but was hoping for a cup of coffee 10 minutes after breakfast ended and both coffee urns were empty, also tried to make coffee in our room twice and both times it came out very watery as if the coffee maker was not working properly.

    I booked the room 6 months early. We walk in at 9pm on UARK move in week and we’re told they had to cancel our room. I received an email at 7:45 that it was cancelled but didn’t see it because we were driving. Very disappointed.

    Not canceling the room I book 6 months prior.

    Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Loved the location. Would rather not have carpet in the room.

    The property was conveniently located to downtown Fayetteville. There was as a nice bike/walking path right behind the hotel. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig.

    I prefer rooms with tile over carpet. The room had a musty wet odor/feeling.
