    The Receptionist is Rude, i booked a room in that hotel and upon receiving a confirmation they sent me message that theres a part of the building is under renovation. Because of bad experience in the past due to renovation issue that involved my toddler needs and safety i need to call them to cancel the reservation. I understand that there is a cancellation policy but the rudeness is not acceptable, receptionist is so rude…She told me “try to call the booking.com and Goodluck to that but i will not cancel it.” And hang up the phone…. Very unprofessional..

    Worked perfectly well for what we needed! Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

    Pool area was great and so was the room! Continental breakfast was delicious with lots of options!

    The hot tub could have been a little warmer and a little less with chlorine.

    Very comfortable and enjoyable.

    Location was awesome! Right off the interstate and in close vicinity with restaurants and parks. The breakfast was simple but good with enough options to kick start the morning. The employees were very nice and helpful!
