    Fair staff , helpful , polite

    Wallpaper peeling , entry door wouldn’t open all the way , a stain on the carpet , carpets left our feet dirty , fridge wasn’t big enough, elevator stopped working , toilet got clogged , paid $200+ for trashy service

    Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good 😊

    There were a lot of cosmetic issues. Paint splatter, general disrepair. There was an area in the lobby where the tile was replaced. I assume it was water damage. The tile didn't match the other tile and it was poorly installed.
