    Smelly,dirty and disappointing!

    nothing.

    The cleaners/deodorant in the hotel was a lot to take. The room was small and dirty. There was a large amount of pink and black mold in the shower and surround. There was leftover food in the refrigerator and ants everywhere. The A/C unit was clogged with dirt and the bed was awful. I'm disappointed because the ratings looked good...? This unit needs a major overhaul.

    Loud people above us, very comfortable beds, very clean.

    The extra $20 for incidentals was not disclosed and has not been given back after check out like the woman at the desk said it would be when I asked her why I was charged an extra $20. It is still pending in my bank account.

    Was NOT told before hand that the pool was closed. The pool was part of why I booked this part.
