  Worst stay in a hotel ever. Nothing redeeming about this hotel!!

  There was no breakfast provided They had no power or city required back up power!! No emergency lighting either!!!

  They could have had back up generators to provide electricity The pipes burst in the middle of the night flooding part of our room and the hallway. Children were screaming so we left in the middle of the night!!! There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel. We had a king suite when I opened the sofa bed could not find sheets or anything for the bed in the room. Anything we did in the room we used the flashlights on our phones to see. This was a horrific hotel. The staff was nice at first but could answer no questions. They were not pleased when I asked for my money back to me to contract Marriott!!!

  the breakfast and the lady attending it was very good and she was very pleasant best thing of the stay over

  yeah the pool was a little dingy looking and you couldn't get back in to the room by the exercise area with your key you had to walk all around to the side that was a little annoying and I did ask for a room near the elevator and they put me upstairs not too bad

  They canceled my booking because at 3pm they tried to charge my card which was locked because we were out of state and trying to get to our hotel so they canceled eventhough it says pay at the desk. Got there at 9pm with two kids and was turned away

  Breakfast was good! Staff at breakfast NOT so friendly. No Good morning or have a good day, didn’t say much at all. Pool was good, but could use a few more chairs. Room was very clean. Would stay again.

  Will never stay again

  Did not have a great experience at this hotel. This hotel does not have good management. It took almost 20 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to assist with check in. We originally booked a king sized bed room, but were given a 2 queen room that smelled so bad (wet dog/moldy/smoke). Went back to the front desk to get a different room. Were told there were no more king bed rooms. After saying we were going to a different hotel, they gave a king room. The Billing has been a nightmare to attempt to correct. We noticed that we were charged twice for the stay before checkout. A stay that they have said they only charged $497 according to their bill, but there are $700 additional charges to the card on file. myself and others in the group had similar issues. we were told that a manager would contact us with a fix, but we have not been contacted. The only person that seems like they genuinely wanted to help was the woman at the front desk we spoke with at checkout, but she was not the manager and did not have access to look into the issue. But took notes from each of us to pass along to assist the manager when they got in at 11am.
