    It was ok. They need to update the beds.

    We actually got the room we reserved this trip. That was the first time in the last 4 years. The rooms were nice & clean.

    The beds were not as comfortable this time. I think they have lowered their standards on mattresses. The breakfast was not as good this year. They did not have as much on choices. They had no forks out & several guest had to ask for some.

    Horrible experience

    They had bedbugs and once I told them the lady came in and took pictures and videos but the manager said we were traveling so they must’ve came with us which was a lie

    If I am ever in Poplar Bluff again I will choose a different hotel.

    The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a bag of cotton balls, no back support what ever. Between the quality of the mattress and the noise from the highway it was a terrible nights sleep.
