Clean, good breakfast, quiet, nice staff
My rate was 139 plus tax making it 156.55 but was charged 176.55 plus an additional 20.00 refundable fee if we did not use that 20.00. Im still waiting on my 40.00 credit.

Everything was very good however we just wished the pool was a little warmer
The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, check in /out was very quick, everyone was very nice and professional. The breakfast was good as well.
pool was very cold however it was an indoor pool.

Location
I have stayed at this property before. The stay was pleasant aside from the constant noise of the construction. This stay was awful. I checked in at 5:52pm. There was no room available. I intentionally waited past the 3pm check in time so that I would be able to settle in and get some rest from my trip. The room was not ready and I had to wait 45 minutes. I left to get some food and when I returned the room still wasn’t ready causing another 25 minutes delay. Once in the room it was clean with the exception of the bathroom sink and one of the towels. They were both nasty! See attached picture. Also as a Marriott Bonvoy member I should have gotten a complimentary welcome package! I did not!!! I’m very disappointed in the service that I received as well as the condition of the bathroom. Marriott must do better!
