    Good location, comfy bed, worn hotel

    35 minute walk to Bolton fiesta. Short walk to funky food area. Beds very comfortable.

    Hotel is tired and carpets very worn. Breakfast mediocre. Price high but had to consider Balloon Fiesta up charge.

    Was a great experience for a last minute booking. Will stay here again if in the Tempe area in the future.

    Friendly staff, very clean and the breakfast was great.

    Nothing negative to say.
