  Convenient Location/Helpful Staff

  This Fairfield Inn location is very convenient to the interstate and is on the same street with numerous eateries. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations that impact customer areas (hallways, stairwells and closed pool). Noise was not an issue but tools, supplies and cardboard/plastic packaging is everywhere. Room decor and bathrooms are dated but beds and bedding are comfortable and clean. This appears to be a long overdue renovation made more challenging by the hotel remaining open. It is a fair value for the money given the convenient location, worksite inconvenience and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and courteous when items were left behind but were quickly packaged up and mailed.

  Close this hotel

  Construction was expected based on notification from the hotel but this is another level of dirty and gross rooms - not sure if they are even redoing the rooms, may just be the lobby/pool area. Everything is torn up and the rooms smelled heavily of B.O. No other room to move into and was just needing a room for one night we decided to suck it up and stay. Blood/wine/ketchup spattered on the ceiling of our room, no toilet paper holder at all in the bathroom, caulk smeared all over the counter. Windows need replacing, were foggy on the inside. We couldn't get out quick enough. If we'd have read reviews to reflect this we would have time to book elsewhere.

  Everything wrong with this place! Do NOT stay here

  The breakfast was ok

  Smelled like smoke in the hallways leading to the room. Inside the room smelled like they tried to mask the smoke smell with febreeze. When I booked online I specified that i had 6 in my party and that i would need the sofa pullout. When I called a few hours before we checked in, they said they didn’t have any sofa beds.. so i asked if they had rollaway cots; they said they would try. They did have 1 rollaway ready in The room when we arrived but 1 of my kids still had to sleep on the floor. They advertised an indoor pool and a fitness center. The pool was closed for construction and the fitness center was 3 treadmills in a small room. I would have never stayed there if I knew the pool was closed. That was a primary reason for staying there with the kids. The night staff was pleasant when we arrived but the morning staff was cold and didn’t even say “good morning” when i turned in my key cards to check out.

  not going back

  this place should be closed during renovation!!! dust everywhere, hallways and elevators dirty and dusty, no microwave in room, pool was closed being used for storage? staff was not real friendly, they charge $3 for parking and this is not a high crime area.
