    Miserable

    It was clean and close to the location that we were going to

    We were supposed to check in at 3 o’clock. Our concert was at 7 o’clock. we were unable to get in our room till after 6 o’clock, we were having to get ready in the lobby did not get to take a shower or anything that was planned. It actually was a little miserable. Said they did not have enough cleaning people.

    We arrived about 9pm and the woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She had to come show us how to work our key because the lock wasn't reset. She really made the difference on our scoring our stay!
