    Staff was overly accommodating. We had an issue with our ac and they were able to move us to a new room the same day.

    Never Again

    The room itself was comfortable.

    We were not aware the maid service was only every other day. So, we had a pile of towels on the floor and we had to go to the front desk to fetch fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Worst of all, the elevator quit working one evening and my wife (who has Parkinson's Disease) had to walk up three flights of stairs. There was food left in the refrigerator from other guests who previously had the room.
