Worst stay of our trip around Texas
Hotel for us was a sham and ruined this part of our 21 day trip around Texas, two nights of no sleep being in room 511, 5th floor and our headboard met all three lifts banging and clanging all day and all night ! Due to time difference in flights we were hoping for a sleep in the afternoon on totally impossible and called reception they said they had no other rooms available. They did a duplicate charge too on our card on arrival waiting to see if both get credited back.

Great until the disgusting ending.
We liked everything about our stay actually, until the very end when i was checking out and the man walking in front of me reached his bare hand into in pants AND underwear and then turned around to ask me what room I was checking out of and for my key card. I was TOTALLY GROSSED out and as a result will probably never stay at this hotel again sadly, because the location was perfect for us.
