Location was good. Bed and pillows were great.
Small parking lot leaving cars double parked and hard to get in and out of spots and lot entrenched also difficult to use.

The area was good for where we needed to be.
The shower head did not work. We would have had better luck showering in the sink.

The pool had small thin ladders to get into the pool. Pool was very cold, room was very stuffy, staff were very rude. No bath tub plug and when asked, they wouldn't provide one. Even though we had a small child
