    Wonderful and reasonable relaxing weekend getaway

    Location was perfect, room was a great size, comfortable, and clean, streaming available on TVs. King suite has 2 living spaces and TVs.

    I wouldn’t liked to have been able to have cancelation options and change date options available if needed

    Glad to leave the premises.

    Premises was fine in all aspects.

    Check in was a nightmare. The front desk could not answer basic questions like,"Why isn't cash acceptable? " I had tried to pay a $20.00 "security fee?" with a twenty and was told it had to go on charge. I tried later, on check out, to get my $20 back and was told it would be credited to my charge card. (I have yet to see that.) Check out next morning was handled by inept personnel. I was told my card had been declined. I explained I had already taken care of everything with Bookings. She then let me know that my Master Card didn't pass credibility. I then told her I do not have a Master Card, all transactions had been closed with my Visa. I knew then and there that not another dollar was leaving my wallet or charge card. It was a real clown show! Don't know if I will ever grace the threshold of another Fairfield in the future.
