    You’re joking, right?

    Charged for a King Suite, given 2 double beds and a tiny chair stuffed in a corner. Was told “it’s a Booking.com issue”. Booked a $261 king suite, given 2 double beds, charged $281, then charged additional $20 at checkout. (Was told it was also “booking.com issue). Extremely unprofessional front desk lady. The room smelled damp, musty, smoked-in, and WTF is with dirty washcloth on top of the shower door left by the previous customer?

    Neville Island

    I was disappointed that regular black tea was unavailable at this locale. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service received and Rachel was exceptional for her service. She was friendly, offered suggestions and was able to assist when I found our room had no extra bedding for the sofa bed.

    The lack of a good black tea and having only one waffle maker.

    This property was a great value for a clean, very friendly and efficient night. Stay close to Pittsburgh but out of the

    The room was excellent very clean and modern. The breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. The staff was so friendly.

    The only negative was the bed was not that comfortable pillows were not great. The air conditioner was loud.
