    It took an hour to get the airport shuttle. Disappointing after a delayed and very late flight considering the hotel was less than 10 minutes away.

    The primary benefit was the location. It was was proximate to Duke university health facilities.

    I don’t eat breakfast between the hours of 6 AM and 9 AM. However, I was able to have a good cup of coffee and a nice fresh apple. The breakfast offerings looked very good for those who enjoy a large early meal. Plenty of sausage, eggs, toast, yogurt, etc.

    The cleanliness of the common areas could use some improvement. The elevator appeared that it hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. There were maintenance items in the room that suggested that things were getting a little “tired“. I had requested a room without feathers/down. However, when I got to the room, too late in the day to make any changes, there were two feather pillows in the bed. Attention to these health related requests are imperative. I was advised through an email that this request would be accommodated.

    Great! We have a res for our return in 10 days time.

    Good location, friendly and helpful staff. We needed a very early taxi and it was taken care of for us promptly.

    Not 1 thing!
