    Filthy

This place is unsanitary. It appears to be utilized as a homeless shelter. It took 3 attempts before being given an adequate room. The first one smelled like a wet dog with soiled shower curtain and unvacuumed floor. The second had a very strong marijuana smell. It is filthy and I've seen shelters better kept up.

Staff is very accommodating. Room is comfortable, but should be cleaner. More breakfast options would be nice.

Comfortable room and bed; friendly staff.

Could be clearer. Breakfast is always the same options. Eggs are too watery and strange texture. Would like a varied menu,.

    Spotlessly Clean Hotel

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice when you entered the hotel. The lift was cleaned each time I went in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got an offer to clean my room every day and offered a late check out without having to ask.

When sitting outside on the balcony it was not possible to get back in due to being locked as the homeless come in the gate but they did help by putting a block in the doorway.
