    Would have been good if I only got charged once.

    Nothing, it wasn’t worth getting charged twice.

    Price was okay

    My key kept locking me out every time I stepped out of my room, dead flies in my room as well and the Jacuzzi was not on service.

    Terrible service

    There really wasn't much I liked. The lady that worked on Saturday at like 4:00 had a bad attitude and told me that I had to pay an extra $120 because booking wasn't working and that's not the fee that they agreed upon so I would have to pay another $120 so I said I'm not paying that. When I got my confirmation for booking she said they don't have to honor that and then she canceled my hotel stay.

    As per saying above I didn't like the hotel because the lady was rude for the receptionist and she refused to let me check in and said I had to pay another $120 she tried to charge my cash app card which I had locked. You guys are saying that you need proof of this and I don't know how to submit the proof. So now I'm out that $95.97 whatever you charged me for the hotel stay and I didn't get to go to the hotel and it was just supposed to be a leisure thing for my grandchildren to have fun and go swimming but never got to happen.
