    We would choose another hotel next time.

    Mechanical noise right outside the room window. Desk couldn't change our room to comparable room, and didn't give a discount for the inconvenience. Bad lighting in the bathroom, bad towels, sheets didn't fit the bed, in room heating unit was 'fixed' with duct tape, and the broken piece was a tripping hazard. Ask for a room not on 1st floor.
