    Hôtel trop cher, vous payer principalement l’emplacement

    L’emplacement et le professionnalisme du personnel

    Chambre à 1200 CAD trop petite, climatisation bruyante, salle de bain minuscule, piscine gratuite ne correspond même pas aux photographies sur le site de l’hôtel et est juste épouvantable, supplément minimum de 100 CAD par personne pour 60 minutes dans le nouvel espace piscine . Bref l’hôtel n’est pas digne d’un Fairmont, nous en avons pratiqué d’autres excellents.

    Perfect location, incredible views. Easy access to hiking trails. Staff are so friendly and attentive.

    Coffee shop is accessible to everyone visiting Lake Louise, not just hotel guests and that area gets chaotic during the day.
