The staff were amazing, helpful and very kind. We stayed there for my birthday and they gave a complimentary cake, discount at the spa and late check-out. The room was very spacious and beautiful. It’s a high ceiling room with a big. top to ceiling window offering a nice view of the city. The room comes with amenity kits and LewFairmont is close to the malls, cafe and restaurants spots in Makati.

Fairmont delivers consistently at a very high level. Great location near Greenbelt (numerous restaurants). Good gym.

Nothing - I was satisfied with their services
