    Das Personal war sehr freundlich

    Es ist ein riesiges Resort. Man musste auf das Frühstück 20min auf seinen Tisch warten. In allen Restaurants musste man reservieren. Wir darüber nicht informiert und mussten irgendwo essen. Insgesamt überteuert.

    The phones don’t work for room service. For $3200 for 2 nights, I’d rather stay at the rosewood an have a better experie

    Property is located in a beautiful part of Mexico

    The staff deliberately told me my package wasn’t all inclusive and at the end of the stay confirmed it was. This way they prevented me from spending more (or maybe that’s their strategy)
