  Fantastisch hotel waar zorg is besteed aan de details

  Heerlijke kamer, top service, prima ontbijt en zelfs een lampje om snachts naar het toilet te gaan zonder heel de kamer vol met licht te zetten. Service en algehele look en feel van een 5 sterren hotel. Gold lounge ook zeer aangenaam.

  The hotel is luxurious and nice

  The receptionist ruined my day and it was my anniversary His name is (Dogukan) he was so rude and not welcoming at all just because I asked for a room with a bathtub!! He said it’s not guaranteed to take this option and he tried to make me accept the regular bath and I told him I want the bathtub it’s written in the reservation he said show me where!! Then he said, “If you want that you have to wait one hour.” I said, “OK,” and imagine he left stuck waiting the room till 4:12 pm claiming that the room you want is not ready. Then ms oglucan solve the problem and arranged that for me thanks to him he was talking gently and with a smiley face not like the other guy. I came to this fancy hotel to relax and spend my anniversary with my babies but he ruined everything and left me waiting for more than two hours for nothing with his rudeness. Resepsiyon görevlisi, evlilik yıl dönümüm olan bu özel günü mahvetti. Doğukan adındaki bu kişi son derece kaba ve hiç misafirperver değildi; üstelik tüm bunlar sadece küvetli bir oda talep ettiğim için yaşandı! Böyle bir seçeneğin garanti olmadığını söyleyerek beni normal banyolu bir odayı kabul etmeye zorlamaya çalıştı. Rezervasyonumda küvetli oda talebimin belirtildiğini söylediğimde ise "Nerede yazıyor, göster bakalım!" gibi bir karşılık verdi. Ardından, "Eğer onu istiyorsan bir saat beklemen gerekir" dedi. "Tamam" dedim; ancak beni saat 16:12'ye kadar bekletti ve istediğim odanın henüz hazır olmadığını öne sürerek beni mağdur etti. Neyse ki Sayın Oglucan devreye girerek sorunu çözdü; kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Diğer görevlinin aksine, son derece nazik ve güler yüzlü bir yaklaşıma sahipti. Bu lüks otele dinlenmek ve evlilik yıl dönümümü çocuklarımla birlikte kutlamak için gelmiştim; ancak o kişi, kaba davranışlarıyla her şeyi mahvetti ve beni hiçbir sebep yokken iki saatten fazla bekletti.
