    Everything was exceptional, staff were very pleasant and helpful, bell service was also great. Very clean and conveniently located

    Did not meet the usual fairmont expectations

    Comfy bed. Good cocktails in the bar, the complimentary tart because it was our anniversary was a nice touch.

    Rooms are small and poky, elevator lobby carpets are filthy, the pool / hot tub situation is very poor. Tiny, cold pool- not enough seats or even any hooks to put your robe or towel on, the hot tub was just slightly bigger than a bath. Location would be good if in town for work but we would have been better off staying in the old part of town for what we had decided to do. Compared to other fairmonts - this one really didn’t have enough character to help get past the shabbiness or tiny rooms.
