Outside of property was a mess. Trash all around side door. Weird arrangement with lock boxes for keys on the floor. No shoes inside which was annoying. They held a class in the morning and were loud. It just felt creepy.

Quiet and clean place
Quiet and clean, but bed is uncomfortable to me. Mattress is a bit hard for my back. Location is comfortable enough to walk to Mann, if its not too hot and sunny. However, it feels scary to walk back to the house late at night after watching a concer at Mann, as most part of the sidewalk along the park is dark.
