    Perfect location :)

    The property is very close to Carbis Bay estate (where we were attending a wedding) and the beach - stunning beach! And seconds from the train station!! It was lovely and spacious for all of us, clean and comfortable beds. Was a good price compared to other places we looked at in the area

    Only improvement I would as for would be some fans! We stayed during a heatwave and it was super warm (lots of windows and the balcony door did help cool things down)

    View was amazing, location perfect. We were there for a wedding just down the hill at Carbis bay hotel! Beach beautiful.

    Only one parking bay, there is a pay display car park right next to the property though & train station.
